Yes. However, the version on the homepage is in Danish but an english version seems to exist. I seem to remember that a number of people have asked on this site for an English language version and I think they have also gotten directions on how to find it. I suggest you search for it on this site.
As the others have written, what you need is a new controller. All of your existing hardware will work with the new controller.
The new controller will allow you to use IHC wireless, to have network access and to use dimmers that work better with the controller than any dimmer you may have today. In particular, the new dimmers have feedback to the controller so that it knows the current output level. To get full value out of your controller you may want to upgrade your dimmers.
You will also need to rewrite to program running on the controller. The style of programming on the Visual 2 and 3 controllers are similar to your Visual 1 controller but still different and not compatible.
