Hello All, I can't get the ihcremote app on my iPhone 7 to connect with my IHC. On the local network it works fine but remotely using a vpn it will not communicate. I am using vpn L2TP. Any ideas? Already many thanks! Greetings, Johan

Hello, I did not disconnect anything and used the reset_users_access_control.fwf file with the firmware loader . Worked like a charm. And yes, it is the Danish version I use. Greetings, Johan

Hello, Johan from Belgium here. I have a problem with the ihc module. I can no longer manage the users and cannot connect via the webbrowser. Already performed a firmware update but still nothing. Visual 2 centrale, HW versie 6.1 . Firmware ihc-2.7.199. Please can anyone help me??? Man thanks, Johan
