IHC Visual 2 controller: lost all accounts???

Hello,

I have an IHC Visual 2 controller HW6.1 running Firmware 2.7.220

Recently I observed that I could not connect anymore to my controller via IHC Visual.  Nomatter what pasword I tried I could not log in...

Now I connected my laptop via USB to the controller and launched the administrator view (via javastarter).

There I found there are no user anymore know by the controller?  No admin, nothing ???

When trying to add a user, the box remains greyed-out and I cannot add anyone?

 

Anybody have an idea what to do?

Any possibility to reset the controller?

I'm from Belgium, so I'm using the firmware provided on the Belgium Schneider website, as I need it to be in Dutch or English...

I found the "user reset package"...

Do I need to disconnect anything (input/output modules,...?) form the Visual Controller before flashing this package?

As the system is "live", I would not like to have any damage occur because of flashing this...?

No, that is not needed.

I uploaded the "user reset package" and the flash was successfull...

 

However, now I'm not able to connect through USB anymore via javastarter?

Is says connection refused...?

Also, the webpage on 192.168.1.3 is now empty not showing any options anymore.

 

Only thing that still works is the IHC Visual program via USB, there I can still connect to the installation and download my config file.

System is still live and working, but now I'm fully locked out of the Administrator and other views!

Help please???

 

What is the next step?  Full reset package? 

 

Same question as with the user reset package, if I try this, do I need to disconnect my IHC Controller from the rest of the installation???

Solved it !!!

Luckely still had an IHCStarter directory that had all the java files cached and that allowed be to reach the IHC controller over USB.

When I was logged in, it seems all access control from the local and internet was removed...

I have no idea why this happened, but at least it is solved now...
